ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now seeking an exceptional professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Assistant to the Dean. This pivotal role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about academic excellence, international education, and administrative leadership.
This position requires an excellent level of Chinese literacy to be able to communicate with Chinese clients and external parties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Dean, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Actively participate in daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of the organisation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with various departments across the group to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Assist in the preparation and management of documents, including reports, presentations, and communications.
- Handle the reception of visitors and coordinate the logistics of events and activities hosted by the institution.
- Follow up on the implementation and progress of key projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational goals.
- Support the Dean in developing and reviewing academic and operational strategies.
- Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Educational Background
- At least Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or a related field. Experience studying in Singapore is highly preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent Chinese and English writing and oral communication skills.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in administrative or academic support roles, preferably in the education sector.
Skillset
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
- Good knowledge/skills in IT and attention to details.
- Able to work independently and as a team whenever required, while taking initiative when needed.

- Location and Mobility: Must be based in Singapore and able to accept short-term business trips when required.
