Job Scope
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates for various roles (e.g., education consultants, marketing staff, administrative support). • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and reference checks. • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Onboarding and Training: • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition. • Develop and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills, especially in student advisory services, client communication, and sales techniques. • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Employee Relations and Performance Management: • Address employee concerns and grievances professionally, fostering a positive work environment. • Implement performance appraisal systems, including goal setting, feedback collection, and performance reviews. • Develop and maintain employee recognition programs to boost morale and retention.
- HR Policies and Compliance: • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations. • Ensure all HR processes align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. • Maintain and update employee handbooks and HR manuals.
- HR Administration and Reporting: • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, personal information, and performance data. • Prepare HR reports and analytics to track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, hiring timelines, training completion rates). • Coordinate office activities and handle administrative tasks as needed.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive company culture. • Conduct regular feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and areas for improvement. • Implement strategies to reduce turnover and promote employee retention.
- Crisis Management and Conflict Resolution: • Handle employee disputes and conflicts with professionalism and confidentiality. • Develop contingency plans for HR-related crises (e.g., resignations, layoffs, disciplinary actions).
- Corporate Culture and Values: • Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive corporate culture aligned with the company’s mission and values. • Organize activities and programs that promote core values such as teamwork, integrity, and excellence. • Create and execute initiatives that highlight the company’s focus on education, continuous learning, and personal growth. • Lead initiatives to integrate the company’s vision and mission into daily operations and employee interactions. • Promote open communication and collaboration across departments to cultivate a cohesive work environment. • Assist in creating recognition programs that align with the company’s values and reinforce positive behaviors.
Application Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR or related roles. • Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken). • Preferred Background: Previous HR experience in a corporate or educational environment is a strong advantage.
