ABOUT THE ROLE
Management Associate Programme (MAP) is a two-year developmental journey designed to groom the next generation of leaders in higher education management. Through dynamic rotations across corporate functions and a unique overseas attachment, the programme equips you with the skills, insights, and experience to thrive in a global educational environment.
Programme Structure - Rotation 1 (9 months): Deep dive into Pickering Institute’s core functions.
- Rotation 2 (9 months): Exposure to SagePaths’ corporate ecosystem. - Professional Attachment (6 months): Hands-on experience at an overseas teaching centre.
